Invest in you.
Counseling takes time and money like anything else however it is a powerful tool. Counseling teaches you to dive inside yourself in your most vulnerable moments and learn to share that with another person. The result of that is a deep connection with yourself and the important people in your life, including your partner.
Imagine if someone knew everything about you, all the dark and scary moments included, and they loved and accepted you anyways.

While my standard rate is $125/session, I reserve a small number of slots in my practice to offer at a reduced cost. Please contact me for consideration prior to your appointment.
I do not accept insurance at this time.
All major credit cards are accepted as well as HSA cards.
I can provide a “superbill” for you so you can submit it for out-of-network benefits from your insurance company.
I use a service called Mentaya to help submit your superbill to insurance for you. They send you the reimbursement for sessions without you having to ever talk to insurance. There is a small 5% fee associated with this service. Out of $100 session, the client pays $5 to Mentaya to do all the work for reimbursement of sessions.

FAQ’s
How do I book a session?
Click any “Book Now” button on this website. This will take you to an appointment scheduler where you will be able to schedule a 15 minute intro call. In this call, you will briefly tell me what you’d like help with. I will answer any questions you might have about me or the therapy process. From here we will schedule an intake session and I will send you intake forms via email to complete before the first session.
What happens if I don’t have my intake forms completed before my intake session?
Unfortunately, I cannot see clients who have not completed their intake paperwork due to needing clients to consent to the confidentiality and disclosure forms before starting a therapeutic relationship. I ask that forms be submitted 24 hours before your session to give me time to look them over.
How do I start couples counseling?
The same way as individual counseling! Both partners will get separate intake forms that must be completed before session. Couples intake forms are submitted separately. Your individual answers on intakes will remain private.
How do I pay for sessions?
I keep credit cards on file in a secure online system to make payments easy and hassle-free. Your card will be charged at the end of your session.
How does therapy work and how long does it take?
This largely depends on the client(s) and what they are struggling with. Therapy provides a safe space to talk about your feelings and thoughts. I will also reflect any patterns I might see back to my clients which we dive into to discover the root of the pattern and how it may be affecting their life. I may also help clients learn skills like communication, active listening, and coping skills that they can master and use outside of the therapy room. The length of therapy is also dependent on the client(s). Most clients come an average of about 6-8 months but some stay longer if they feel they want continued support or have more they want to dive into. My aim is to help you uncover your confidence and strengthen your skills to get you to a place where you don’t need therapy anymore. Of course, life happens and all my clients are always welcome to come back if they feel they need extra support at anytime.
What is your approach with clients?
My approach is very client-centered meaning therapy will look different depending on what that client is struggling with and needs at that moment. Since my background is in Marriage and Family Therapy, therapy is largely based on a systemic approach. We don’t exist in a vacuum void of other influences. A systemic approach allows me to identify all the other influences and experiences that shape us. It also takes into account the relationships in our lives and what part those relationships play. I also work with the cognitive behavioral model for anxiety and negative thought patterns. Narrative therapy is used to help empower clients to take charge of their story instead of the story taking charge of them! Life changes when we realize we’re the narrator.
